Welcome to Turkey! Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, meet your guide and
transfer to your hotel for check-in. Begin your Turkish adventure with a visit
to the historic Galata
Tower and a leisurely stroll along the vibrant Istiklal Street. In
the evening, enjoy a welcome
dinner where you’ll meet our friendly team, savor traditional
Turkish cuisine, and soak in the mystical atmosphere of Istanbul at night.

Pick up at 09:00am from your
hotel for the full day tour of old Istanbul city. Our first visit will be to Hippodrome. Ancient Hippodrome was the
scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius,
the bronze Serpentine Column, and the Column of Constantine. Then we will visit
Sultanahmet Imperial Mosque. Across from Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, it was
built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the Blue Mosque
because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles.Our next
visit will be to Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque. The Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque,
previously known as the Church of Divine Wisdom, is simply the best of its
kind! Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque is the greatest surviving example of Byzantine
Architecture. For 1000 years, it was once the largest church in the world,
decorated with stunning 6th century golden mosaics. Today it is a mosque. Lunch
break at 1:00 pm. After lunch, you will be taken to Exotic Spices and
Herbs, Turkish Baklava, delicious fresh Turkish Delights, Turkish Coffee, nuts
and fruits, souvenirs such as Ceramic Handicrafts, Evil Eyes totems, all
naturel olive oil, soaps and many other goods in Souvenir Shops and stores.
After the tour, transfer back to your hotel. Evening we have Indian Dinner.

Pick up at 08:30 am from the hotel and depart for the
Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise and Shopping Tour. BOSPHORUS BY BOAT a traditional
excursion by boat along the waterway separating Europe and Asia. The shore is
lined with old wooden villas, palaces of marble, fortresses, and small fishing
villages. During the excursion you will see the magnificent sights of the
following attractions from your boat. See Dolmabahce Palace, and further along,
the parks and imperial pavilions of Yildiz Palace. On the coastal edge of this
park, is Ciragan Palace, 300 meters of its marble facade faces the shore. At
Ortakoy a great variety of artists gather every Sunday to display their work
along the street. Ortakoy is a symbol of tolerance with a church, a mosque and
a synagogue existing side by side for centuries.
RUMELI FORTRESS Built by Mehmet the Conqueror in 1452
prior to the conquest of Istanbul was completed in only four months to control
and protect the infamous Bosphorus passage. It is one of the most beautiful
works of military architecture anywhere in the world. BEYLERBEYI PALAS (PALACE)
The summer residence of Ottoman sultans exists in its original renovated glory
featuring original antique furniture and magnificent gardens with the Harem on
the Asian side of Istanbul.
BOSPHORUS BRIDGE enjoy a unique chance to step from
one continent (Asia) to another (Europe)
CAMLICA HILL the
highest point in Istanbul. At the top of it you can rest and admire the
magnificent panorama of Istanbul and the Bosphorus from the beautiful gardens,
landscaped in traditional Turkish Ottoman style. SHOPPING TOUR (after cruise)
Experience the traditional silk weaving skills of Turkish women at the carpet
weaving courses provided by The Ministry of National Education. You will get
the opportunity to see jewellery, handcrafts centre and a modern leatherwear
show. Enjoy the experience of shopping whilst gaining the knowledge of the
ancient craftsmen, with Murti's Tour's local escort full of knowledge about how
to haggle the streets of Istanbul. The rest of the evening is yours to explore

Today, we will visit the largest
miniature park in the world. Miniaturk is a miniature park in Istanbul, Turkey.
It was opened May 2, 2003. Miniaturk covers a total area of 60.000 m2. It is
the world's largest miniature park with its 15.000 m2 model area. Miniaturk has
40.000 m2 of open space, 3.500 m2 of covered area, 2.000 m2 of pools and
waterways, and a parking lot with a capacity of 500 vehicles.
The park contains 105 models done in 1/25th scale. 45 of the structures are
from Istanbul, 45 are from Anatolia, and 15 are from the Ottoman territories
that today lie outside of Turkey. Also featured are historic structures like
the Temple of Artemis at Ephesus and the Mausoleum of Maussollos at
Halicarnassus (now Bodrum). Additional space was reserved for potential future
models. Murti's Tour will then take you to visit Pierloti: At the top of Eyup
Sultan Cemetery, you can find one of the best places to look at the famous
Golden Horn of Istanbul, this place, that now is a cafe called Pierre Loti
Cafe, as a memorial for the writer Pierre Loti, a regular of the cafe, mainly
for the views. After the tour
transfer to Istanbul Airport for domestic flight to Izmir. Transfer from
airport and check in to your hotel in Kusadasi. Dinner and overnight in
Kusadasi.

After breakfast
between 08:30 am, departure from hotel fully guided tour of Ephesus, one
of the best-preserved ancient sites in the world en - route, visiting the
Temple of Artemis, Curetes street, famous Roman baths, Celsus Library and Grand
theatre. Lunch break around 13:00 pm. After the lunch, we will visit a place,
which continues to perform one of the oldest arts of Turkey; a carpet-weaving
centre. After lunch, we will do a Turkish Village Tour. Sirince’s
construction style today belongs to Anatolian Greeks. The houses on the slope
are all Orginal with their white paints. Sirince Village also has a fantastic
reputation for making some of the best wines in Turkey - especially fruit
wines. We will see the vineyards and it is time to learn how to make fruit
wine. In the evening, you will be tested about your knowledge of making fruit
wine. On the way, we will visit one of the famous leather production centers of
the region, where you will have the opportunity to get a good factory rate. On
this guided tour, you will avoid the constant nagging and sometimes bullying
that is well known in the markets of Turkey. Enabling you to enjoy the shopping
experience whilst gaining the knowledge of the ancient craftsmen. Dinner and

We depart for Pamukkale at 08:00 am. Upon arrival to
Pamukkale we have a lunch break until 13:30 pm. Afterwards we shall visit the
calcium terraces of Pamukkale (cotton castle) and the ruins of Hierapolis,
then walk around this natural phenomenon and have the option of lying in the
waters of the natural springs. Denizli/Pamukkale means seaside in Turkish and
is located on the Buyuk Menderes River. It is a growing industrial town,
known for its textile industry and outlet shopping. You will visit one of the
famous textile factories of Pamukkale. This tour will end approximately 18.30 and you will be back to your
hotel. Dinner and Overnight in Kusadasi.

After breakfast, we depart for İzmir Airport for our
domestic flight to Cappadocia. Transfer from Kayseri airport to your hotel. The
rest of the day is yours to explore Cappadocia. Dinner and Overnight in
Cappadocia.

10:30 AM – Welcome Tea & Recipe Introduction
Arrive at a charming village house. Be welcomed with Turkish tea and homemade cookies while your host explains the day’s recipes and cooking techniques.
11:00 AM – Hands-On Cooking Class
Under the guidance of local women, you’ll prepare a traditional 3-course meal. Typical dishes may include:
Mercimek Çorbası (Lentil Soup) – a Turkish classic
Mantı (Turkish Dumplings) – Cappadocia’s signature dish
Gözleme (Stuffed Flatbread) – hand-rolled and cooked on a sac griddle
Baklava or Sütlaç (Rice Pudding) – a sweet ending
You’ll also learn how to make fresh salads, meze platters, and traditional Turkish tea or coffee.

Sit down with your hosts and fellow guests to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, accompanied by locally produced wine or ayran (a yogurt-based drink).
02:30 PM – Village Walk & Culinary Stories
Take a short walk through the village streets, visiting nearby vineyards or orchards. Learn about the region’s culinary traditions, wine production, and seasonal foods.
03:30 PM – Return Transfer
Depart the village and transfer back to your hotel with a full belly and cherished memories.

After breakfast between 08:00 am and 09:30 am pick-ups from hotel. Final timing
one day before will be given you by your tour consultant.
Today, we will get to know the Cappadocia
region, a volcanic area in which the geological formation started 10 million
years ago. As a result of these formations phallic like pillars have come to
life. The beautiful horse country Katpatuka, (as the Persians called her) is an
unbelievable strip of land, enchanting and mysterious. Cappadocia region is
also famous for its arts, including ceramic and carpets. You will be picked up
approximately 09.30 from your hotel to join our regular tour. Tour starts with
Uchisar Castle, the highest point of Cappadocia. After Uchisar, you visit
Goreme Open Air Museum, the Heart of Cappadocia. Goreme Open Air Museum is
famous for frescoes dating to 10th century describing the life of Jesus Christ
and monks. Next stop is Cavusin, which is an abandoned village with old cave
Greek houses. After Cavusin, you go to the restaurant in Avanos to have lunch.
After lunch, you visit a pottery work shop, to see how to make potteries. Next
stop is Devrent Valley which is also called Imagination Valley, where you can
see natural rock formations looking like animals. Then, you head to a wine shop
in Urgup for wine tasting. Last stop is Three Beauties, three beautiful fairy
chimneys with their hats which are the symbol of Cappadocia. This tour will end
approximately 18.00 and you will be returned back to your hotel. Dinner and
overnight Cappadocia.

shopping in Cappadocia. In the evening, we depart for Kayseri airport for our
domestic flight to Istanbul. Transfer from Istanbul airport to your hotel. The
