Itinerary

Day 1

Pick up from Arusha town and proceed to Tarangire National Park Arrive in time for lunch at the Lodge Enjoy afternoon game viewing in Tarangire National Park Tarangire is Tanzania's third largest national park and a sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are another interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. You may catch glimpses of lions, leopards and cheetahs OVERNIGHT : Tarangire Safari Lodge

Day 2

Breakfast at the Lodge Drive to Lake Manyara area, arrive in time for lunch at Kirurumu Manyara Lodge Afternoon depart for game viewing in Lake Manyara National Park Manyara National Park, stretches from the base of the dramatic Rift Valley escarpment to its famous soda lake. It is truly one of the most beautiful places in Africa. As you enter the gate, the park is dramatically marked off by lush green vegetation consisting of tall trees emerging from the groundwater forest, which provides a home to troops of baboons and blue monkeys. Further down, the forest opens up into woodland, grassland and swamps. Further down lies the soda lake itself, where over 350 species of birds, including the lively flamingo, pelican, sacred ibis, grebe and stork, can be viewed. This park is a bird watcher’s paradise! Manyara is also known for its numerous buffalo, elephant, giraffe, impala, hippo, large variety of smaller animals, and of course: the very elusive tree-climbing lions. Day 3

Breakfast at the Lodge, followed by check out Hotel room Drive to Less visited Lake Natron area. The barren landscape around the Lake with the holy mountain of Masai, the Ol Doinyo Lengai, seems like from another planet. Rest of a day will be spent at leisure. Day 4

Breakfast at the Camp Your driver will pick you up from the camp and take you to the Lake for a walk around the Lake as you enjoy watching the flock of Flamingos Go back to your camp for lunch service Later afternoon, you will explore the area on foot, with a detour to a waterfall. Day 5

Breakfast at the Lodge With packed lunches depart and drive to Serengeti National Park En route game viewing Enjoy afternoon game viewing in Central Serengeti area. OVERNIGHT: Serengeti Kati Kati Camp

Day 6

Breakfast at the Camp Full day spent on game viewing in Central Serengeti area These vast, seemingly unending plains are inhabited during the migration by enormous herds of wildebeest and zebra. There is a great diversity of wildlife here, including lion, leopard, cheetah, impala, buffalo, birds and up to ten thousand elephants.: OVERNIGHT Serengeti Kati Kati Camp

Day 7

Breakfast at the Lodge Depart and drive to Ngorongoro Conservation area Lunch at the Lodge Afternoon at leisure OVERNIGHT: Rhino Lodge

Day 8

Breakfast at the Lodge, followed by descend down the crater floor for game viewing The bottom of the crater is dotted with watering-holes, shelters, and almost 30,000 animals in an area naturally enclosed by the slopes of the volcano. You will also find the ‘Big Five’: lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest unbroken caldera in the world and is surrounded by very steep walls rising 610m from the floor. It is considered to be one of the natural wonders of the world and is an amazing haven for wildlife throughout the year due to the permanent availability of grass and water. Picnic lunches will be served at the site on the crater floor OVERNIGHT: Rhino Lodge

Day 9

After breakfast at the Lodge, depart and drive through Karatu to less visited Lake Eyasi area, the home to the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. Lunch at the Lodge Afternoon get to experience the nature walk around the area OVERNIGHT : Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge

Day 10

Early morning wake up and join Hadzabe people for hunting activities The life of Hadzabe People is still very traditional and is determined by hunting and gathering. Return to your Lodge for lunch Afternoon visit the Datoga tribe who are farmers OVERNIGHT : Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge

Day 11

Breakfast at the Lodge Depart and drive to Arusha, Lunch at the Restaurant and later transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight End of Services
