Itinerary

Day 1

 Welcome, meet and greet in airport, transfer to hotel and free time.
Day 2

Enjoy a tour of Belgrade’s most important historical sights and attractions, covering both the city center and areas beyond, including Dedinje and Topčider.
This tour offers a strong first impression of the city, its culture, and Serbian lifestyle.
Highlights include the Old Town, the pedestrian Knez Mihailova StreetBelgrade Fortress, and Kalemegdan Park, with an optional visit to the Temple of Saint Sava.

Overnight in Belgrade.

Day 3

Departure toward Skopje via Niš, the third-largest city in Serbia and an important historical crossroads of the Balkans.
Upon arrival in Niš, we enjoy a guided sightseeing tour, exploring key landmarks and traces of its rich Ottoman heritage, including well-preserved historical sites that reflect centuries of cultural influence.
 After some free time to stroll through the city center or enjoy lunch, we continue our journey south.

In the afternoon, we cross the border into North Macedonia and proceed to the capital city, Skopje.

Upon arrival, there is time to get a first impression of the city, known for its mix of ancient history, Ottoman architecture, and modern monuments.

Day 4

The day begins with a morning city tour of Skopje, starting in the historic Old Bazaar, one of the largest in the Balkans, where Ottoman-era streets, mosques, and traditional shops reflect the city’s past.
Continue across the Stone Bridge into the modern city center, passing Macedonia Square, the Mother Teresa Memorial House, and the riverside monuments along the Vardar River.
The tour also includes views of the Kale Fortress, offering insight into Skopje’s layered history and culture.

After the morning sightseeing, transfer to one of Skopje’s main shopping malls—such as Skopje City Mall or East Gate Mall—where you will have free time for shopping, lunch, and relaxation before returning to the hotel or continuing with your program.

Day 5

We’ll visit the Old Town, the vibrant bazaar, and the lake promenade,St. Sophia Church and other landmarks, with some free time for lunch at a local restaurant.

After Ohrid, we continue to the Bay of Bones , a unique archaeological site, followed by a visit to the Monastery of St. Naum and its surrounding natural park. 

We visit town of Struga, where you’ll stroll along the lakefront and the Black Drin River, from the river’s mouth up to the town’s lively bazaar. You’ll have some free time to explore at your own pace to lunch.

Than we continue to Ohrid and overnight there.

Day 6

Today we set off toward Thessaloniki, Greece’s vibrant second-largest city, renowned for its rich history and lively atmosphere.
 Upon arrival, we explore the city’s UNESCO-listed paleo Cristian monuments which reflect Thessaloniki’s important role in early Christianity and the Byzantine Empire.
We also enjoy time along the scenic foreshore promenade, a popular meeting point lined with cafés, cocktail lounges, bars, and restaurants, offering beautiful views of the sea and a relaxed Mediterranean vibe.

Day 7

This morning we depart for Delphi, one of the most important archaeological sites in Greece.
 Upon arrival, we explore the remarkable Sanctuary of Delphi and its museum, home to impressive artifacts and monuments set against the dramatic slopes of Mount Parnassus.
 In ancient times, Delphi was regarded as the religious and spiritual center of the Greek world, where the Oracle of Apollo delivered her prophetic messages to pilgrims from across the Mediterranean.

After our visit, we continue our journey to Athens, the historic capital of Greece.
 Arrival is in the evening, with time to settle in and prepare for further exploration of this legendary city.

Day 8

9-11am After breakfast we start in exploration with the worlds antiquity  wander Acropolis site, due to high number of visitors and temperatures, is better to continue at morning.The experience includes entry tickets to the Acropolis and a 2-hour guided tour led by an expert, licensed, English-speaking guide. During the visit, you will have access to the Parthenon, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the Theatre of Dionysus Eleuthereus, the Erechtheion, and the PropylaeaHeadsets are provided to ensure clear communication throughout the tour.

A coffee break and we  continue self- guided walking tour of Athens (2hrs)(tour leader will give you directrions): Plaka old district, Monastiraki bazaar, Syntagma Square, stroll and enjoy your time in this city.
After tour free time in your own to enjoy lunch.

At 18.00pm Right before sunset, furnicular ride in Lycabetus Hill, where you can see Athens in the palm of your hand. Optional: enjoy a dinner.

Day 9

Energy, that's all you'll need for this day.

 07.00am (bfast will be packed) 
Your day begins with a comfortable bus journey from Athens, lasting approximately 5 hours with two short stops along the way. Accompanied by a bilingual guide, you’ll enjoy insightful commentary about the Greek mainland and the rich history of Meteora as the scenery unfolds outside your window.

Upon arrival in Meteora, you will spend around 5 hours visiting three of the six monasteries (the specific monasteries depend on the day’s schedule). During these visits, you’ll experience the unique spiritual atmosphere, admire exquisite Orthodox Christian art, and take in sweeping panoramic views over the valley of Kalampaka.

Following the monastery visits, you’ll enjoy a 1-hour lunch break in Kastraki, dining at a traditional Greek taverna before beginning the return journey.

The day concludes with a overnight in Meteora.

Day 10

Today we leave Greece behind and travel north toward Albania.
 After crossing the border, we journey through scenic landscapes en route to the UNESCO-listed town of Gjirokastër.
Known as the “City of Stone,” Gjirokastër is a rare and beautifully preserved example of an Ottoman-era town, with its distinctive stone houses, narrow cobbled streets, and impressive hilltop fortress.
We enjoy time to explore its historic center and soak in the unique atmosphere shaped by centuries of history.

Following our visit, we continue onward to Tirana, the lively capital of Albania.
 Upon arrival, there is time to settle in and get a first impression of the city, known for its colorful architecture, vibrant café culture, and fascinating mix of Ottoman, Italian, and modern influences.

Day 11

After breakfast, we enjoy a guided walking tour of Tirana, exploring the city’s main cultural and historical highlights. Our tour includes the Clock Tower, Et'hem Bey Mosque, St. Paul’s Cathedral, the National Historical Museum, the Piramida, the National Art Gallery, and Mother Teresa Square, offering a well-rounded insight into Albania’s past and present.

We then depart Albania and travel north to Budva, Montenegro. Renowned for its natural beauty, picturesque bay, islands, and beaches, Budva is also rich in history. The Old Town of Budva, set on a small peninsula, is a true treasure of cultural heritage, with narrow streets and charming squares. During our visit, we see notable landmarks such as the Church of St. Trojica, which houses the tomb of writer Stjepan Mitrov Ljubiša, as well as the Churches of St. Ivan, St. Bogorodica, and St. Sava.

Continuing along the stunning Adriatic coastline, we proceed to Kotor, beautifully set at the end of the Bay of Kotor. This medieval town, surrounded by dramatic mountains, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Montenegro’s most impressive destinations.

Day 12

Among the highlights of Kotor are its remarkably well-preserved Old Town, encircled by impressive medieval city walls along which it is possible to walk, offering wonderful views over the town and bay. We also visit the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon, originally built in 1166, one of the most important Romanesque monuments on the Adriatic coast.

We then continue along the beautiful southern coast of Croatia toward Dubrovnik, a city legendary for its perfectly preserved stone walls and often referred to as the “Pearl of the Adriatic.” Upon arrival, we set out on a guided walk along the city walls, enjoying breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and the terracotta rooftops of the Old Town.

During our sightseeing, we also visit Big Onofrio’s Fountain, built in the 15th century by the European architect Onofrio della Cava to supply fresh water to the city, the 13th-century Franciscan Monastery, as well as the elegant Sponza Palace and Rector’s Palace.

At the end of the day, there is free time to relax and soak up the atmosphere—perhaps unwinding on one of Dubrovnik’s nearby beaches or enjoying the city at your own pace.

Day 13

After breakfast, we drive along the scenic Adriatic coastline toward Split, enjoying beautiful sea views along the way. Upon arrival in the afternoon, we set out on a guided walking tour of the city, focusing on the remarkable Diocletian’s Palace, a Roman imperial residence and UNESCO World Heritage Site that forms the historic heart of Split.

Our tour takes us through the southern part of the palace, entering via the Bronze Gates and continuing through the Vestibule of the Emperor’s Palace. We visit the former Mausoleum, now St. Dujam’s Cathedral, along with the Cathedral Treasury, the Temple of Jupiter, and St. Martin’s Church near the Golden Gate. The walk concludes at Fruit Square, where we see the Venetian-era Milesi Palace and the Monument of Marko Marulić, the father of Croatian literature.

Day 14

Today we depart for Sarajevo via Mostar, a picturesque town set in a beautiful valley surrounded by the high mountains of Herzegovina. Mostar was one of the most heavily bombed cities in Bosnia during the war, but it has since been carefully rebuilt and is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During our visit, we see the iconic Stari Most (Old Bridge), originally built by the Ottomans in 1566. Designed by the master architect Mimar Hajrudin, the bridge was an extraordinary engineering achievement, spanning the Neretva River with a single elegant stone arch.

After our time in Mostar, we continue on to Sarajevo, the small yet vibrant capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. More than two decades after the end of a devastating war, Sarajevo has re-emerged as one of Europe’s most fascinating and atmospheric cities. Often described as the meeting point of East and West, the city is characterized by its minarets, mosques, churches, bustling bazaars, and the ever-present aroma of freshly brewed coffee.

In the evening, you may wish to enjoy a traditional meal in Baščaršija, Sarajevo’s historic old bazaar, where trying the local specialty bosanski ćevapi—grilled minced meat seasoned with mild spices—is a must.

Day 15

Today we depart Sarajevo and travel to Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. The journey takes us through scenic Balkan landscapes, passing rivers, rolling hills, and historic towns along the way. Upon arrival in Belgrade, there is time to begin discovering this dynamic city, known for its lively atmosphere and unique blend of historical heritage and modern urban life, set at the confluence of the Danube and Sava Rivers.

Day 16

After breakfast, our tour concludes with a transfer to Belgrade Airport for your onward journey.
