Your journey begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Pamukkale and a transfer to Denizli Çardak Airport. Please note that you’ll need to complete your own check-in for the domestic flight to Kayseri. Upon arrival at Kayseri Airport, our representative will meet you with a name placard. From here, we’ll drive approximately 1.5 hours to reach the heart of Cappadocia, where your adventure begins. Our first visit is to the Özkonak Underground City, an incredible historical site where ancient communities once lived to hide from potential threats. This underground labyrinth offers a fascinating glimpse into the past. Next, we’ll visit a local ceramic workshop where you can watch traditional pottery-making techniques in action—and even try them yourself. After some free time for lunch, we’ll continue with a panoramic drive through Çavuşin, known for its old Greek houses carved into rock formations. One of the day’s highlights is the Göreme Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This area was a major center of Christian education during the early Byzantine era, and it still houses churches with beautifully preserved frescoes. We’ll then head to Esentepe, one of the best panoramic viewpoints in the region—perfect for capturing the surreal Cappadocian landscape with your camera. Our tour continues with a visit to a traditional carpet weaving center, where you can learn about one of Turkey’s most famous handicrafts. Afterwards, we’ll explore Imagination Valley (Devrent), a place where the natural rock formations resemble animals and mythical shapes. We’ll end the day at the Three Beauties (Üç Güzeller), iconic fairy chimneys that have become one of the region’s most photographed landmarks. At the end of the tour, we’ll transfer you to your hotel in Cappadocia. Check-in will be around 18:00 – 19:00. You’ll have the evening at leisure to relax or explore on your own. Dinner will be served at the hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.
