Our 20-day journey through the Balkans and Transylvania begins in the charming capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana, before we continue south to explore Croatia’s natural wonders and historic coastal cities. We then cross into Bosnia and Herzegovina to experience Mostar’s iconic bridge, followed by the medieval beauty of Dubrovnik and the dramatic bays of Montenegro. The adventure continues through Albania and North Macedonia, discovering serene lakes, vibrant city squares, and cultural treasures. In Bulgaria, we immerse ourselves in ancient towns, monasteries, and rose-scented valleys before traveling onward to Romania. There, we explore the legends of Transylvania, stunning castles, and elegant old towns before reaching the lively city of Timisoara. Finally, we conclude our journey in Belgrade, Serbia’s energetic capital, celebrating an unforgettable tour across some of Europe’s richest cultures and landscapes.

Day 1

Arrival in Ljubljana. Settle in, relax, and enjoy your first impressions of this charming capital.

Day 2

City tour through the lively Central Open-Air Market, Baroque Town Hall, Robba’s Fountain, and the iconic Three Bridges. End the day with panoramic views from Ljubljana Castle.

Day 3

Travel into a world of emerald lakes and wooden paths as you arrive at Plitvice Lakes National Park—one of nature’s most magical masterpieces.

Day 4

Head to the coastal city of Split. Explore the lively Old Town, hear the City Clock ring, and wander through the ancient chambers of Diocletian’s Palace.

Day 5

Scenic drive to Mostar.
 Feel the spirit of the Balkans as you walk across the legendary Stari Most and explore the charming old bazaar.

Day 6

 Bus to Dubrovnik.
Step into a stone-walled wonder—explore the Old Town and walk the famous city walls overlooking the dazzling Adriatic.

Day 7

A day for yourself: swim in the clear blue sea, sunbathe, or get lost in the city’s picturesque alleys.

Day 8

Travel to Kotor and wander through its beautifully preserved medieval streets.
Continue to Budva and enjoy an afternoon of beach time and seaside energy.

Day 9

AM: Feel the calm beauty of Shkoder Lake.
PM: Arrive in Tirana for a dynamic tour of Skanderbeg Square and the striking Pyramid of Tirana.

Day 10

AM: Journey toward Ohrid.
PM: Walk the lakeside promenade and enjoy the peaceful charm of this ancient lakeside town.

Day 11

Bus to Skopje.
 Explore the city’s vibrant mix of tradition and modernity—visit the Memorial House of Mother Teresa and the serene Mustafa Pasha Mosque.

Day 12

Scenic drive with a stop at the breathtaking Rila Monastery, a true spiritual gem in the mountains.
Sofia city tour, discovering Hagia Sophia and the grand Aleksandar Nevski Cathedral.

Day 13

Bus to Plovdiv.
Stroll through its colorful Old Town and sit among the ancient stones of the Roman Theatre.

Day 14

AM: Visit the Rose Museum in Kazanlak, surrounded by the scent of Bulgaria’s famous roses.
PM: Arrive in Veliko Tarnovo and explore the dramatic Tsarevets Fortress and its historic churches.

Day 15

Travel to Romania’s lively capital.
Discover Bucharest’s grandeur with visits to the Palace of Parliament and the elegant Romanian Athenaeum.

Day 16

 Step into the fairytale world of Peles Castle.
Continue to the mysterious Bran Castle, home of the Dracula legend.

Day 17

AM: Explore Sibiu’s charming squares and cross the Bridge of Lies.
PM: Visit the dramatic Corvin Castle before heading to the vibrant city of Timisoara.

Day 18

Tour Timisoara’s colorful Old Town.
Drive to Belgrade, Serbia’s energetic capital.

Day 19

A full day discovering the soul of Belgrade—House of Flowers, Kalemegdan Fortress, Saint Sava Cathedral, Knez Mihailova Street, and the historic Zemun district.

Day 20

Transfer to the airport 4 hours before departure. Thank you for traveling with us—may your journey home be safe and full of great memories.
