After breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel and depart for the Kirklareli City Tour. We will visit the ATATURK MUSEUM. Atatürk, the founder of Secular and Democratic Turkish Rebuplic, was born in Selanik in 1881. In 2018 The Municipality of Kirklareli opened “Ataturk Museum” to visitors which is a replica of the house that Ataturk was born. In the last two years the museum welcomed more than 350.000 visitors. Next we will walk to KIRKLARELI MUSEUM. The museum building, which was visited by the Great Leader Atatürk on December 20 1930, was built in 1894 and served as municipality building for a while. At present it is a two storey museum with four sections; archeology, ethnography, culture and nature exhibition halls. After that we will see GERDANLI FOUNTAIN that was built in late 19th cent which has the late Ottoman Characteristics. It had two facades and “kufeki” stone was the used in construction. In late Ottoman Architecture “kufeki” stone was used in fountains or structures which were close to water as the stone was resistant to humidity and such. Next we will have a walk in this lively ISTASYON STREET where there are many shops and cafes and such. After free time for lunch in here we will head to SOKULLU MEHMET PASHA MOSQUE & COMPLEX. After about 1 hour drive we will reach the mosque which was built in late 16th cent and was named after Sokullu Mehmet Pasa who was one of the well known grand viziers of Ottoman Empire. After the tour transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Kirklareli.

After breakfast, we will pick you up from the hotel and depart for Igneada Trekking Tour. After about 1,5 hours drive we will reach DUPNISIA CAVE. The cave is well known with its two levels and the underground river in it. It is also one of the longest caves in Turkey. After the cave we will drive to IGNEADA for another hour or so. Once we reach Igneada, we will visit IGNEADA PORT and LIGHTHOUSE as well as LIMANKOY. After free time for lunch we will drive to SAHINDERE FLOODPLAIN or a similar floodplain for trekking. It will be an unforgettable memory to see the diverse flora and fauna in this region which do worth to see. After the tour transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Kirklareli.
