Wake up to the sounds of the wild and head out for an early morning game drive, the best time to catch predators in action and observe wildlife before the heat of the day. Return to the lodge for breakfast and a short rest, then set out again for a mid-morning drive. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive to explore more of Samburu’s rugged beauty and diverse wildlife. Expect sightings of elephants, lions, leopards, and the Samburu Special Five.

After breakfast, we depart Samburu and head towards the renowned Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa and the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya. After checking in at your lodge, embark on an afternoon game drive where you can spot rhinos, elephants, lions, cheetahs, and possibly the endangered northern white rhino.

Begin your day with a final early morning game drive in Ol Pejeta, soaking in the beauty of the savannah as the wildlife awakens. After breakfast, we make our way back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. Our Jossec Safaris team will drop you off at your Nairobi hotel or the airport, marking the end of your memorable journey.
