Itinerary

Day 1

Today you will arrive in Asuncion. Reception at the airport and transfer to the selected hotel.
Asunción, Paraguay's capital located on the bank of the Paraguay River, is the hub of its political, commercial and cultural life.
Downtown Asunción is small enough to be explored on foot and the many sites and attractions offer a fascinating window into Paraguayan history and culture. Downtown Asunción exhibits a fusion of contradictions: modern and colonial architecture, Spanish and Guaraní languages, bustling commerce, and plenty of places to sit, relax and people-watch.
Enjoy discovering this beautiful city in the afternoon.
Day 2

On this day, enjoy a panoramic city tour with a picturesque combination of modern and colonial architecture, including downtown and residential areas, the Independence House, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Government Palace, the National Pantheon of Heroes, ending at the popular handicraft market La Recova. Afternoon free for individual activities or shopping.

Day 3

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the bus terminal in Asunción to board a regular bus to Encarnación.
After arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, visit to the Jesuit Ruins of Trinidad del Paraná and Jesús de Tavarangué, both declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
The Jesuit Route is a circuit that recreates the passage of the Society of Jesus through Paraguay, who formed together with the natives of the place, populations nestled in the middle of the South American jungles, which surpassed the rest of the colonies in art and culture.
Return to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 4

Departure with luggage to the bus terminal in Encarnación, boarding a regular bus to Ciudad del Este, arriving, reception, and after crossing the border transfer to the hotel. Lodging.

Day 5

In the morning, visit to the Brazilian side of the falls, with a wonderful panoramic view of the more than 20 waterfalls. In the afternoon, visit to the Bird Park, a large aviary that houses more than 900 birds of 150 species, mostly Brazilian birds. One-third of these species are considered at risk of extinction.
Entrance fee to to Iguazu Falls are not included.
Return to the hotel.
Day 6

Breakfast, and maybe you want to do ã visit on your own to the Argentine side of the falls.
A brief stop on the way back at the Duty free shop for shopping.
Entrance fees to the Argentinian side of the Falls are not included.

In the afternoon transfer to the bus terminal to board a regular bus. Departure to Asunción.
Reception at the terminal, transfer to the hotel, and accommodation.
Day 7

It's time to say goodbye!
Depending on the time of your flight, we will pick you up at your hotel and final transportation to the airport for your flight back home.
