Visit Highland Park – best panoramic view of Baku and the iconic Flame Towers. The view of Baku Bay reminds visitors of Naples.

Baku Boulevard: Flag Square, Crystal Hall, Mugham Center, Carpet Museum (outside view).“Little Venice” in Baku – gondola ride in the water canals, a project inspired by

Venice in the 1960s. Charming cafes, bridges, and romantic lighting create an Italian vibe by the Caspian Sea.

     Walking tour of the Old City (Icherisheher):

·        Shirvanshah’s Palace – residence of the Shirvan rulers.

·        Maiden Tower (outside) – mysterious 28 m high cylindrical fortress, symbol of Baku.

·        Historical caravanserais, hammams, mosques. Filming location of famous Soviet movies like The Diamond Arm and Amphibian Man.

Nizami Street – main pedestrian shopping street with European-style architecture, especially beautiful at night.
