Meeting at Europe Square
Meet your guide at Europe Square, next to the Medea statue, located on Memed Abashidze Avenue. After a short introduction, your Batumi walking tour begins.

Medea Monument & Batumi History
The first stop is the impressive Medea monument, created by Georgian architect Davit Khmaladze in 2007. Here you will hear the legendary story of the Golden Fleece and learn about the history of Batumi and the Adjara Autonomous Republic.

Batumi Cathedral
Continue to the beautiful Holy Mother Nativity Cathedral, one of Batumi’s most remarkable buildings. This Neo-Gothic cathedral was originally built as a Catholic church and later became an Orthodox cathedral.

Batumi Mosque
Visit the historic Batumi Mosque, an important symbol of the city’s religious and cultural diversity.

Piazza Square
Next stop is the famous Batumi Piazza, a charming square surrounded by elegant buildings decorated with mosaics and stained glass. It is one of the most photographed locations in Batumi.

St. Nicholas Church
Nearby you will find St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, one of the oldest churches in Batumi and an important religious landmark.

Alphabetic Tower
Continue toward the modern Alphabetic Tower, a unique structure representing the 33 letters of the Georgian alphabet. The tower offers impressive views of Batumi and the Black Sea coastline.

Ali & Nino Sculpture
One of Batumi’s most iconic attractions is the Ali and Nino moving sculpture, a kinetic monument symbolizing love and unity between different cultures.

Batumi Boulevard
Finally, walk along the famous Batumi Boulevard, a beautiful seaside promenade lined with gardens, sculptures, fountains, and views of the Black Sea.
The tour ends at Batumi Boulevard, where you can continue exploring the city or relax near the sea.
