We'll gather at Food House Mostar, our chosen venue for Bosnian Cooking Classes. The session kicks off with a welcome drink and traditional Bosnian Meze flavors, featuring Rakija and Wine. After this introduction to Bosnian cuisine, you'll delve into Bosnian culinary practices and uncover intriguing facts about Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Moving on to the cooking area, we'll start with simple dishes suitable for home cooking. In our Bosnian Cooking Classes, you'll explore the richness and diversity of Bosnian cuisine, mastering the preparation of Bosnian pastry (Burek), specialties like Bosnian dolma and Japrak, and indulging in the delightful Hurmasice dessert. You'll prepare these traditional dishes, followed by a lunch where you can savor all the prepared dishes along with Bosnian desserts, Wine, and Rakija.
To ensure you can continue your culinary journey, we'll provide a handbook containing all the recipes from the Bosnian Cooking Lessons. Though aprons will be supplied, it's advisable to bring a small bag for leftovers. The Bosnian Cooking Classes offer an ideal opportunity for photography, so don't forget your camera! The Bosnian Cookery Class is estimated to last around four to five hours.
