Our round trip transportation covers hotels in San Jose del Cabo, the corridor, and the Cabo San Lucas tourist area. Pick up is approximately one hour before the start of your tour. Upon booking, you can specify your exact hotel. Please contact us to confirm your specific time of pick up one day before your scheduled tour.

We do not offer transportation from hotels outside of the tourist area, such as Hard Rock, Nobu, or Four Seasons (these are approx. 50 min. away from the tourist area); for those hotels, we will pick you up at our standard meeting point:

• What type of vehicles are used on the jeep tours? Depending on availability, we use either Jeeps or Ford Broncos.
• How many passengers can one jeep take? Due to insurance and permit regulations, only 4 passengers are allowed per vehicle, including the guide.
• Can I choose my pick-up time? Yes, you have the option to choose your preferred pick-up time within the given time frame.
• Can the activity duration be reduced? Since this is a private tour, you can decide whether or not to complete the full activity.
• What do we do for lunch? Lunch is included. We’ll take you to a local restaurant, offering 100% Mexican dishes such as fish tacos, chicken, beef, salsa, guacamole, tortilla chips, and refreshing flavored water. We also have a vegetarian option with salads.
• What's your cancellation policy? For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged in full.
