07.00am Depart from Tirana, during road coffee stop, but mostly enjoy the scenery along the mountains.
10.30am Arrive mid-morning. Start wandering through Ulcinj Old Town, letting the streets lead you to the castle.
Ulcinj Old Town (Stari Grad) – Explore narrow streets, Ottoman-era houses.
Kalaja (Castle) viewpoint – Walk up to the castle walls for panoramic Adriatic views.
Short Beach Walk – Quick stroll along Long Beach (Plazhi i Madh), feel the sand, maybe dip toes.
13.00pm Pause for a seafood lunch, the most enjoyable ever.
Drive to Shkoder, city tour, where we visit the mask museum and enjoy a boat ride in the Skadar Lake, 30 min.
Leave Shkoder in the evening and return to Tirana
