Kizilcukur Valley, also known as Red Valley, is a stunning natural wonder with its unique rock formations and fairy chimneys. Ortahisar is a charming town with narrow streets, lovely churches, and picturesque stone houses, both old and new. The most striking feature of the region is Ortahisar Castle, an 86-meter high natural rock formation that was used as a strategic castle during Roman times and later as accommodation. From the top of the castle, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Hallac Dere valley's fairy chimneys and Mount Erciyes.
