Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Turkey Istanbul Airport. Meet with TravelShop Turkey staff and transfer to your hotel, Transfer from airport & check in to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2

(Breakfast, Lunch, and Bosphorus Dinner  Cruise included)

Our professional guide will meet you at your hotel’s lobby at 08:30, and we’ll start our Student Tour in Istanbul. Today, our first stop will be Saint Sophia or Hagia Sophia, built by the emperor Justinian in 532 - 537. Designed and built as a church For over 1000 years, it was the largest cathedral in the world and the center of the Orthodox. Today, it is a touristic and spiritual centre for Christians, Muslims, and other religious groups. Next, we’ll visit Topkapı Palace, which served as the administrative centre of the Ottoman Empire for over 400 years, from the 15th to the 19th centuries, and as the home of the Sultans and their families. Here, we will also visit the Hagia Irene Church, located in the garden of Topkapı Palace. Afterwards, we will have lunch at a local restaurant and explore Hippodrome Square; We will see the Serpent Column brought from Delphi from Greece, the Egyptian Obelisk, the German Fountain of Wilhelm ll, and the tombs of Ottoman sultans and princes. Next, we will visit the Blue Mosque, also known as Sultanahmet Mosque, which is the most splendid Ottoman mosque in Istanbul, Built between the years 1609 and 1617, it is best known for its 6 minarets and blue Iznik tiles that lend the mosque its name. The students can compare the architecture of Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque on the spot here. Finally, we will visit the Grand Bazaar, which has over 4,000 shops full of hidden treasures and authentic items.  End of the tour, return to the hotel.

BOSPHORUS DINNER CRUISE  (20:00 – 23:30)

Day 3

Pick up at 08:30am from the hotel and depart for the Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise and Shopping Tour. BOSPHORUS BY BOAT a traditional excursion by boat along the waterway separating Europe and Asia. The shore is lined with old wooden villas, palaces of marble, fortresses, and small fishing villages. During the excursion you will see the magnificent sights of the following attractions from your boat. See Dolmabahce Palace, and further along, the parks and imperial pavilions of Yildiz Palace. On the coastal edge of this park, is Ciragan Palace, 300 meters of its marble facade faces the shore. At Ortakoy a great variety of artists gather every Sunday to display their work along the street. Ortakoy is a symbol of tolerance with a church, a mosque and a synagogue existing side by side for centuries.
RUMELI FORTRESS Built by Mehmet the Conqueror in 1452 prior to the conquest of Istanbul was completed in only four months to control and protect the infamous Bosphorus passage. It is one of the most beautiful works of military architecture anywhere in the world. BEYLERBEYI PALAS (PALACE) The summer residence of Ottoman sultans exists in its original renovated glory featuring original antique furniture and magnificent gardens with the Harem on the Asian side of Istanbul.
BOSPHORUS BRIDGE enjoy a unique chance to step from one continent (Asia) to another (Europe) 
CAMLICA HILL the highest point in Istanbul. At the top of it you can rest and admire the magnificent panorama of Istanbul and the Bosphorus from the beautiful gardens, landscaped in traditional Turkish Ottoman style. SHOPPING TOUR (after cruise) Experience the traditional silk weaving skills of Turkish women at the carpet weaving courses provided by The Ministry of National Education. You will get the opportunity to see jewellery, handcrafts centre and a modern leatherwear show. Enjoy the experience of shopping whilst gaining the knowledge of the ancient craftsmen, with Murti's Tour's local escort full of knowledge about how to haggle the streets of Istanbul. The rest of the evening is yours to explore Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 5

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)
Pick up from your hotel at 06:30 – 07:00am then depart for afternoon tour of Gallipoli. Listen to the unbelievable story of the War I from your guide. Once the site of fierce fighting and today almost hauntingly beautiful, with its wooded landscape dotted with understated memorials to the war dead. Visit the Lone Pine Australian Memorial, Chunuc Bair New Zealand Memorial, ANZAC Cove, Johnston’s Jolly and Gallipoli Museum. End of the tour transfer to your hotel and overnight in Canakkale.

Day 6

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)
Breakfast at your hotel then we will drive to Troy, visit the ancient city of Troy, famous for the legendary Trojan horse from the times of Beautiful Helen, Queen of Sparta and the ancient town of Pergamon with its magnificent acropolis and one of the steepest theatres in the World. Its imressive temples, library and medical facilities made it a renowned cultural and political centre in its time. Then we will enjoy a display of locally handcrafted leather goods. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 7

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)
Breakfast at your hotel then pick up for our full day guide Ephesus Tour. Absorb yourself in history today with a guided tour of Ephesus  and a visit to the site of the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the World. Then visit Ephesus Ancient City, the best-preserved Greco-Roman city in the world. Here you will explore the Agora, Odeon, Celsius Library, Hadrian Temple, Roman Baths, Grand Theatre and Marble Street. After a lunch break, visit the House of Virgin Mary, where she is said to have spent her final years. End of the tour transfer to your hotel and overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 8

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)
Breakfast at your hotel then we will head to the magnificent white calcium terraces, known as Travertines, in Pamukkale where we also tour the ancient city of Hierapolis. Take a dip, amongst ancient columns, in the hot springs that were used in Roman times for their therapeutic powers. Also we will visit the ancient ruins of the City of Hierapolis with its theatre and Necropolis, the main street, gates, the thermal baths, the Greco Roman theatre and the Basilica of St. Philippe. Swim in a theraputic bath of hot spring mineral waters. Overnight Pamukkale.

Day 9

(Breakfast  and Dinner included)
Breakfast at your hotel in Pamukkale then you will take a bus to Bodrum which will take about five hours by comfortable, air-conditioned, non-smoking busses. Arrival and transfer to your hotel in Bodrum. The remainder of the day offers free time for you to relax or explore the town on your own. Overnight in Bodrum.

Day 10

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)
Breakfast  then a day at sea with lunch included and served on board. We set out at approx. 11:00 to cruise the turquoise seas of the Bodrum coastline. We will visit several of the most beautiful bays where you can swim and snorkel in crystal-clear water or simply relax in the mild breeze, enjoy the stunning views and perfect your suntan to the sound of the gently lapping waves.At the black island, half an hour from Bodrum, you can bath in the grotto where the warm mineral waters flowing out of the rocks are believed to beautify the complexion. Back on land at approx. 17:00. Overnight in Bodrum.

Day 11

Breakfast at your hotel then you will take a bus to Marmaris which will take about two hours, arrival and transfer to your hotel, the remainder of the day offers free time for you to relax or explore the town on your own. Overnight in Marmaris.

Day 12

(Breakfast and Dinner included)
Breakfast at your hotel then take a bus to Fethiye which will take about three hours, arrival and transfer to your hotel in Fethiye and the remainder of day is free to explore the town on your own, overnight in Fethiye.

Day 13

We would like to invite you to enjoy  the romantic bays of the Mediterranean Sea on a Fethiye cruise at traditional double decker Turkish wooden boat. During the 12 Island Boat Trip in Fethiye,  you can swim in the crystal clear blue water and enjoy the amazing views of the turquoise bays, small islands  and secluded beaches - Dockyard Island, Red Island, Flat Island, Gocek Island, Rabbit Island, Cleopatra's Bath and others. Stops varies from day to day because we choose the most secluded places for delivering you maximum enjoyment from the trip. Children will enjoy the Rabbit Island where a lot of rabbits live who are not afraid of people and will be looking forward to your visit.

The Fethiye 12 Island Boat Tour in Turkey is one of the most popular and exciting boat trip from Fethiye, Oludeniz and Hisaronu (we pick up from those locations as well) which will demonstrate the beauty of the Gulf of Fethiye. Contemplation of marine and coastal landscapes evokes a storm of emotions, you can enjoy all this beauty comfortably ensconced on the upper deck. There is a high probability that you can see dolphins, flying fish and even sea turtles. Breakfast at your hotel then take a bus to Antalya which will take about four hours, arrival and transfer to your hotel in Antalya and the remainder of day is free to explore the town on your own, overnight in Antalya.

Day 15

After breakfast at your hotel then we will head to our daily Perge Aspendos Side Tour with our guide. You will see;
Perge is one of the most important antique cities of Pamphilia Region where is originally settled by the Hittites around 1500 BC. The theater stage has finely carved marble reliefs and other carvings from around the city are displayed in the stadium. Amateur archaeologists will want to see the handsome city gate flanked by two lofty towers, a long colonnaded road once paved with mosaics and lined with shops, a large agora, the public baths and a gymnasium.

Aspendos has a capacity of 15,000 people and bears one of the best preserved Roman theaters in Anatolia. It is located beside the river Eurymedon (Koprucay). The beautiful galleries of the theater, stage decorations and most important of all the acoustic of the theater reflects the talent of architect Zenon. Besides the theatre are temples, monumental fountain, basilica, agora, bouleuterion, stadium and aqueducts in Aspendos.

Side is one of the best-known classical sites in Turkey. It was an ancient harbour which meant TravelShopBooking. Today a pretty resort town with its ancient ruins, two sandy beaches, numerous shops and extensive tourist accommodation attract hundreds of visitors.

Kursunlu Waterfall is a waterfall which is reduced to a mere trickle in the summer months. The waterfall is on one of the tributaries of the Aksu river and its situation in the midst of a pine forest is of quite exceptional beauty. The countryside around the water forms a lovely picnic and pleasure spot only twenty minutes from the center of the city of Antalya.

Day 16

Breakfast at the hotel , it is your free time in Konya, be mesmerised by the hypnotic rituals of the devout Whirling Dervishes in their home of Konya. Visit Mevlana Museum and the tomb of Mevlana Jalaleddin-i Rumi, walk by the historical markets area feeling that you are visiting the 13th century’s Seljuk’s capital city. Have a cup of drink at Alaeddin Hill and visit the Alaeddin Mosque.

We will transfer you to the bus station to take a bus to Cappadocia that will take about four hours, arrival and transfer to your hotel, overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 17

Breakfast at your hotel then pick up for North Tour. Walk into valleys honeycombed with caves churches, underground cities, prehistoric rock formations and fairy chimneys in Cappadocia. Visit Goreme Open Air Museum with its astonishing rock-hewn architecture and vibrant frescoes, Devrent Valley ( imagination valley ) to see the unique fairy-chimneys. Drive to Pasabag (Monks Valley) to see the most interesting mushroom-shaped pinnacles, Uchisar Castle, Avanos famous for its pottery and painted tiles, Urgup's fairy chimneys.

Photo opportunities are everywhere so have your cameras ready! Carpet weaving has long traditions in Turkiye and at the carpet village we learn how the carpets are made by hand what determines their value. End of the tour transfer to your hotel and overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 18

Breakfast at your hotel and depart for your full day guided tour of Southern Cappadocia begins at Pigeon Valley to see old pigeon houses are carved into the surrounding cliffs, the pigeon droppings that litter the area have been used as fertilizer on crops for generations.  A visit to one of the extraordinary underground cities of Derinkuyu. Selime Village to see the biggest Roman Monastery. Visit Ihlara Valley, the most  beautiful valley in Cappadocia.
At the end of your tour we transfer you to airport for a flight to Istanbul, after arrive in Istanbul, transfer to hotel and overnight in Istanbul.

Day 19

Breakfast at your hotel then you will be picked up from your hotel and you will join to our guided daily Bursa tour with lunch. Enjoy the lovely countryside view as we drive to Bursa, was a capital city of Ottomans. Taste its famous Iskender Kebap, walk through its old markets, Climb to the Uludag, the legendary mount of Grek Gods, Olympos, by cable car. End of the day drive back to İstanbul, arrival and transfer to your hotel.
