Continue with the visit of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Tsingy de Bemaraha". Return to the city and head towards the east coast. This new route promises you to escape into the natural environment to discover the endemic species of the Island like the Indri Indri and promises you a total change of scenery on a dream place, Sainte Marie Island.

Visit of the water city after breakfast, then road to Morondava via Miandrivazo. The term Miandrivazo literally means "waiting for a wife". According to history, King Radama I, after his conquests of the southwestern territory, stopped in this locality. He sent his messenger to fetch Princess Rasalimo from the nearby town to become his future wife. Passers-by asked him what he was doing there, he just answered "Miandry Vazo aho", translated as "I am waiting for a wife". You will make a small stop in Betafo for a historical and authentic discovery of the ancient city of Vakinankaratra. Then, along the road, you can admire the landscape, such as the savannas, mountains, rivers with bridges made during the colonial period. After breakfast, road to Bekopaka, passing by the Baobabs Avenue and Belo/Tsiribihina with the crossing of the river in a ferry for 30 minutes. After breakfast, departure to discover the Tsingy of Bemaraha, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1990. Its sharp peaks that form the limestone massif reach more than 30 meters. Limestone rocks formed by a deposit of fossils and shells dead under the sea two hundred million years ago, the Tsingy of Bemaraha offer one of the most spectacular landscapes of the Big Island. The Tsingy de Bemaraha site is part of the network of National Parks of Madagascar. The proposed tours are different according to the physical condition of the visitors: The one of Andamozavaky and the one of Ranotsara, of rather difficult level (four to six hours of walk), are the tours of the wide open spaces, dizziness and strong sensations. The hike starts 17 km north of the village of Bekopaka to reach gigantic limestone cathedrals, dense networks of faults, deep crevices, limestone blocks carved into blades or sharp needles that make the Great Tsingy. Day dedicated to the visit of the most accessible and unavoidable park. Guided tour of the reserve of Analamazaotra: a dense humid forest. This last conceals a great biodiversity that you will discover at each step to marvel and surprise you a little more... For the observation of the biggest living lemur of the planet, the Indri-indri, in its natural environment, and the other species of diurnal and nocturnal lemurs, frogs and reptiles that populate the park. In this place the landscapes are spectacular, and the local population is very welcoming. After breakfast, departure by boat to reach the town of Mahambo. Then you take the road about 80 km to reach Tamatave, the largest city in the eastern part of Madagascar. Arrival at destination, visit of the Ivoloina Park. In this zoological park, we meet 13 species of lemurs, in captivity or in freedom, radiata and pryxis turtles as well as chameleons. It is the moment to discover the Aye aye, endemic and endangered species. Swimming under the waterfall and short hike to contemplate a wonderful landscape at the highest point of the park.
