o    Our airport representative will welcome and assist you with all formal and informal issues, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience, and work on granting you a complimentary visa (if you match the free visa regulation mentioned in the exclusion). They will accompany you and guide you through any necessary processes until they safely lead you to outside to the driver. You must identify our representative as they will be holding a sign with the client's name.

·         Horse riding in Petra as part of Petra Entry Ticket during the first visit of Petra only. This is not insured services and upon guests own responsibility, guest can take it or skip it and walk. Please note that the horse boys do expect a tip if you do take the horse ride at around 5$ per way X 2 ways

·         2 hours tour in Wadi Rum by the open Bedouin trucks (trucks are of different types, models and age, we do not have any control on what type of vehicle will be given to our clients as this comes according to the available vehicles waiting to serve on that day). Each 6 Pax will be accommodated in 1 vehicle (1 pax in front seat + 5 pax in the backyard of the jeep)

·         Departure Tax free of charge via airport supposed to be included in airline ticket for scheduled flight & USD 30.00 for charter flights & US$ 15.00 per person via land borders.

·         Gulf Carts in Petra  

o    Please, note that golf carts are owned by the PRA (Petra Region Authority) this is not a service we own/manage. As such since this is not a service we are responsible for, we can’t promise/guarantee it to our clients. you can get a golf cart in Petra either at the Petra Visitors Center (near the ticket turnstile) for a one-way or round trip visit to the Treasury or at the Treasury for a one way trip back to the Petra Visitors Center.

o    Because there’s currently only a limited number of electric golf carts available for hire. It is not possible to pre-arrange/book this service.
