Your tour guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. After a short briefing about the day’s plan, you’ll begin your cultural journey through the heart of the Kathmandu Valley.
9:30 AM – Visit Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple)
Start your day with a short drive to Swayambhunath, perched on a hill overlooking the city. This ancient Buddhist stupa, adorned with prayer flags and the all-seeing eyes of Buddha, offers panoramic views of Kathmandu. Walk around the stupa, spin the prayer wheels, and feel the peaceful atmosphere mixed with the playful energy of monkeys.
11:00 AM – Explore Pashupatinath Temple
Next, drive to Pashupatinath, Nepal’s most sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Located on the banks of the Bagmati River, this site is both spiritual and deeply cultural.
