Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up in Nairobi by the Jossec Safaris team, followed by a short pre-departure briefing. You'll then journey north past Mount Kenya and through rugged landscapes to reach Samburu National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at Samburu Sopa Lodge. In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive to explore this unique reserve, home to rare species like the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, and gerenuk. Return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Wake up early to catch the sunrise and wildlife at their most active. Enjoy a morning game drive followed by breakfast at the lodge. Spend the rest of the day on extended game drives with breaks for lunch and relaxation. The Samburu region is also known for elephants, lions, leopards, and a variety of birdlife. Wind down your day with a sundowner experience and return to the lodge for dinner.

After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park with a stop for lunch en route. Arrive at the park and settle in at Lake Nakuru Flamingo Lodge. In the afternoon, explore the park's beautiful terrain and its famous lake, often colored pink by flamingos. You’ll also have a chance to spot both white and black rhinos, as well as lions, buffalos, baboons, and even elusive leopards.

Enjoy breakfast with views over the park before driving southwest to the world-famous Masai Mara. Reach in time for lunch at Jambo Mara Camp. Return to camp for dinner and a cozy overnight stay.

Today is a full day of game drives in Masai Mara, one of Africa’s richest wildlife destinations. Start with an early morning drive to spot predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards on the hunt. Return to camp for breakfast, then continue with both mid-morning and afternoon drives. If traveling between July and October, you may witness the Great Migration—one of the most breathtaking natural events on Earth.

After breakfast, check out and begin the scenic drive back to Nairobi. Depending on your travel plans, you may stop for lunch along the way or head straight to the city. Expect to arrive by late afternoon. The Jossec Safaris team will see you off, concluding a truly unforgettable safari experience.
