Upon arrival at Leh Airport, our G Experiences representative will receive you and assist with your transfer to the pre-booked hotel for your overnight stay. After refreshing yourself, proceed for a local sightseeing tour of Leh, including visits to Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. Later, you are free to explore the local market or return to the hotel.
Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full-day excursion to Alchi. Visit the 1,000-year-old Alchi Monastery, the only gompa in the Ladakh region situated on flat ground. En route, visit the Hall of Fame Museum, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the Sangam (confluence) of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers. Continue to visit Spituk Monastery and the impressive statue of Maitreya Buddha at Likir Monastery. After completing the sightseeing tour, drive back to Leh for your overnight stay. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities.
Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to Nubra Valley, crossing Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Upon arrival in Nubra, check in to your pre-booked camp for an overnight stay. After refreshing yourself, proceed to explore Nubra Valley, including Hunder Village and Diskit Monastery. You can also enjoy a double-humped camel safari on the sand dunes, located in the region between India and Tibet.
Overnight at Camp.
Early in the morning, before breakfast, visit Diskit Monastery to attend the morning prayers with the monks. Later, return to the camp for breakfast and spend some time at leisure. Afterward, check out and drive back to Leh via the same route, crossing Khardung La Pass. Upon arrival in Leh, check in to your pre-booked hotel for an overnight stay. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities.
Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Pangong Lake, crossing Changla Pass at 17,500 ft. En route, make short visits to Durbuk and Tangtse villages in the Changthang region of Ladakh. Upon arrival at Pangong Tso, check in to your pre-booked camp for an overnight stay. After refreshing yourself, visit the highest saltwater lake in the world, which is shared between India and China, and spend some quality time along its scenic banks. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities.
Overnight at Camp.
After breakfast at the camp, check out and drive back to Leh. En route, visit Stok Village and the Royal Stok Museum. Upon arrival in Leh, check in to your pre-booked hotel for an overnight stay. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities.
Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to Leh Airport to board your flight for your onward journey or return home.
