Itinerary

Day 1

Upon our arrival at Istanbul International Airport, your guide will meet, assist and transfer you to the hotel. Istanbul was the capital city of Byzantium & Roman Empires and Ottoman State. It is a most fascinating city, which actually crosses two continents Europe and Asia. It is a city of amalgamation of museums, bazaars, minarets, mosques, churches, palaces, and restaurants catering to every one’s taste, customs and fifteen million people. Overnight in Istanbul

Day 2

After breakfast, we have Istanbul City Tour. Our first visit will be HIPPODROME. Ancient Hippodrome was the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Than we will visit SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE. Across from Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, it was built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Our next visit will be HAGIA SOPHIA GRAND MOSQUE. The Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, previously known as the Church of Divine Wisdom, is simply the best of its kind! Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque is the greatest surviving example of Byzantine Architecture. For 1000 years, it was once the largest church in the world, decorated with stunning 6th century golden mosaics. Today it is a mosque. Lunch break at 13:00 pm. After the lunch, TravelShop Group will take you to the ASIL EFENDI which is a unique atmosphere with reasonable prices for your shopping. Day 3

Pick up at 08:30am from the hotel and depart for the Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise and Shopping Tour. BOSPHORUS BY BOAT a traditional excursion by boat along the waterway separating Europe and Asia. The shore is lined with old wooden villas, palaces of marble, fortresses, and small fishing villages. During the excursion you will see the magnificent sights of the following attractions from your boat. See Dolmabahce Palace, and further along, the parks and imperial pavilions of Yildiz Palace. On the coastal edge of this park, is Ciragan Palace, 300 meters of its marble facade faces the shore. At Ortakoy a great variety of artists gather every Sunday to display their work along the street. Ortakoy is a symbol of tolerance with a church, a mosque and a synagogue existing side by side for centuries.
RUMELI FORTRESS Built by Mehmet the Conqueror in 1452 prior to the conquest of Istanbul was completed in only four months to control and protect the infamous Bosphorus passage. It is one of the most beautiful works of military architecture anywhere in the world. BEYLERBEYI PALAS (PALACE) The summer residence of Ottoman sultans exists in its original renovated glory featuring original antique furniture and magnificent gardens with the Harem on the Asian side of Istanbul.
BOSPHORUS BRIDGE enjoy a unique chance to step from one continent (Asia) to another (Europe) 
CAMLICA HILL the highest point in Istanbul. At the top of it you can rest and admire the magnificent panorama of Istanbul and the Bosphorus from the beautiful gardens, landscaped in traditional Turkish Ottoman style. SHOPPING TOUR (after cruise) Experience the traditional silk weaving skills of Turkish women at the carpet weaving courses provided by The Ministry of National Education. You will get the opportunity to see jewellery, handcrafts centre and a modern leatherwear show. Enjoy the experience of shopping whilst gaining the knowledge of the ancient craftsmen, with Murti's Tour's local escort full of knowledge about how to haggle the streets of Istanbul. The rest of the evening is yours to explore Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 4

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)
At 06:00 or 06:30 am we depart for Gallipoli in order to visit the battle fields. Two hours later we will give you 20 minutes for relaxing in a restaurant area. We will arrive Gallipoli around 12:00 pm. and we will have lunch break, relax a little bit and then depart for the battle fields. Visit Gabatepe Museum. Start visiting the fields with Ariburnu Cemetery and Anzac Cove because these are the places where the war had started. Then Beach Cemetery, Lone Pine and Chunuck Bair. After the tour we will drive you to the hotel. Overnight in Canakkale.

Day 5

Relax over your hotel breakfast in Çanakkale, and then travel with your guide to the ancient city of Troy for a look at its famous ruins. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, which has a fascinating history that dates back nearly 4,000 years. On a walking tour, hear tales of the Trojan War – an important Greek mythological story – and learn about the Trojan prince (Paris) who ran away with Zeus’ daughter (Helen) and sparked the Trojan War. Visit the wooden Trojan Horse that symbolizes the town. After the visit, you will proceed to Assos. This is a village that is consisted of two parts: the ‘real’ village on the top of a hill overlooking the sea, and a coastal part right down by the shore (which was the harbour of the village in the past). Both parts are equally old and full of stone buildings with traditional Mediterranean architecture. On the top of the hill over the old town, tou will visit the Temple to Athena (Athena Tapınagi), (on the top of the hill over the old town)It dates back to the 6th century BC and has the first ever Doric columns (still standing) built on Asian soil. At afternoon you drive along the west coast to Ayvalik. Ayvalık is a popular North Aegean seaside resort for local people, surrounded by groves of olive trees which produce much of Turkey's best olive oil. Your last stop for today will be the Devil’s Table; above the forest of pine trees Camp. Forest of pine trees where you can relax Camp tables, toilets, drink water and telephone services, such as you can find. The top of an old lava pond, a round table, which looks like a table of devils. Iron is said to belong to the devil in the cage has a huge footprint. The sunset from the devil’s table creates a unique landscape. Overnight in Ayvalik. 

Day 6

After breakfast, you will head to Pergamum. On the hills that connect the town of Ayvalik to Bergama, ancient Pergamum, you will drive through the Kozak Plateau; Not a typical tourist destination; a settlement of 16 villages, 20 km from our city, without transportation problem, with its natural beauties, geological formations, peaks, plains, highlands and canyons and with spectacle views, a lovely plateau center. You will enjoy your lunch with traditional turkish meals, in a typical village there. After the lunch you will proceed to Pergamum. The ancient town of Pergamum was one of the most important centers of culture and arts of its time. Your guide will escort first to the Acropolis, and see the Temple of Athena, the library, the Royal Palaces, the Temple of Trojan, the steepest theater of the world, the Temple of Dionysos, the Altar of Zeus which was referred to in the Bible as "Satan's Seat." Pergamum was a great center of scholarship and learning. Anthony took the library with its 200,000 rolls and transferred it to Alexandria as a present for Cleopatra. Then you visit Asclepion, an amazing ancient medical center. The ruins here are so complete that walking among them one can relive the methods employed in this health center, from sacrifice to psychodrama. Drive to Izmir and overnight in Izmir.

Day 7

After breakfast between 08:30 am, departure from hotel fully guided tour of Ephesus, one of the best-preserved ancient sites in the world en - route, visiting the Temple of Artemis, Curetes street, famous Roman baths, Celsus Library and Grand theatre. Lunch break around 13:00 pm. After the lunch, we will visit a place, which continues to perform one of the oldest arts of Turkey; a carpet-weaving centre. After lunch, we will do a Turkish Village Tour. Sirince’s construction style today belongs to Anatolian Greeks. The houses on the slope are all Orginal with their white paints. Sirince Village also has a fantastic reputation for making some of the best wines in Turkey - especially fruit wines. We will see the vineyards and it is time to learn how to make fruit wine. In the evening, you will be tested about your knowledge of making fruit wine. On the way, we will visit one of the famous leather production centers of the region, where you will have the opportunity to get a good factory rate. On this guided tour, you will avoid the constant nagging and sometimes bullying that is well known in the markets of Turkey. Enabling you to enjoy the shopping experience whilst gaining the knowledge of the ancient craftsmen. Dinner and Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 8

After breakfast between 08:30 am, departure from hotel for Full day tour of Priene, Miletus & Didim. First you will see Priene which in its time was one of the most spectacular of all the ancient Ionians cities. Then we will lead our way to Miletus to see Miletus with its magnificent theatre and the Byzantine fortress on the acropolis above. Our last stop will be Didyma. Here you will find the largest Ionic Temple in the world, that of Apollo. Also in Didyma lies the huge, cracked head of Medusa which long ago fell from the freeze. After the tour we will drive you to the hotel. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 9

After a leather shop visit, we will head to Aphrodisias the ancient city dedicated to Aphrodite, the goddess of Beauty, Love and Fertility, also famous for its school of sculpture, we visit the stadium, which is the best preserved in Anatolia, the Temple of Aphrodite, the Tetrapylon, theatre and the Museum. Then, we continue to Pamukkale. Overnight Pamukkale   

Day 10

This morning we will explore the magnificent white calcium terraces, known as Travertines, in Pamukkale where we also tour the ancient city of Hierapolis. Take a dip, amongst ancient columns, in the hot springs that were used in Roman times for their therapeutic powers.
Then we will head to Salda Lake, is known as Turkish Maldives. It is a mountain lake and located in the mountains before we travel down south to Fethiye. Overnight Fethiye

Day 11

Butterfly Valley is a must-see location of Fethiye region as famous as the Oludeniz, and it is best reached by small gullet boats. You will be transferred to the boat for a lazy day's boat cruise. Definitely, it will be one of unforgettable days of your life. There will be swimming breaks in the Blue Cave before stepping ashore at Butterfly Valley. One of the popular activity of this tour is to climb up to waterfall inside the valley where you can see the rare species of the tiger butterflies, if you are just a little lucky. It is going to be a great trekking experience in all aspects. On the way back, a delicious lunch will be served on the boat. After lunch the boat will stop at the St Nicholas Island (Gemiler Adasi). You can climb up to the top of the island walking through ancient ruins. The panorama at the top is just great. After getting back, you can swim at ‘’Cold Spring Bay’’ where fresh water leaks into the sea. Overnight Fethiye

Day 12

This trip is a perfect combination of history and nature. Firstly you will discover one of the most interesting cities of Lycia called Tlos with its interesting mythological stories and mystical history. Then we will drive up to a trout farm of Yakapark for a unique lunch with the accompany of lovely mountain views . Finally have a nice adventure; a short canyon hiking through the incredible gorge of Saklikent (The Hidden Canyon) which is 14 km long and 600 m high.

Day 13

This area is national 'treasure' of the country with its unique wildlife and nature. Tour bus will take you first to Dalyan (Caunos), and there you will board on to a boat going up the river which will take you first to the mud baths and then to a restaurant for lunch and finally to the lovely beach for a long and joyful swim break; where the endemic Caretta Caretta turtles lay their eggs. These turtles can live up to 120 years, and they are in danger of being extinct. High on the cliffs above the Dalyan river you can see magnificently carved Lycian royal rock tombs. In addition to the turtles, the Dalyan delta is also home to many sea creatures like crabs, which can be ordered as a delicious sea food at a little cost. The area between the reeds is a maze of waterways. Enjoy a day of peaceful natüre.
After the tour we will drive you to the hotel. Overnight in Dalyan.

Day 14

After breakfast between 08:30 am, departure from hotel fully guided tour of Bodrum. Bodrum City Tour. Visit the Castle of St. Peter, the symbol of Bodrum. The Crusader castle was built by the Knights of St. John between 1402 and 1409. Today the castle’s rooms are used as a museum where finds from the Bronze Age, Mycenaean, Archaic, and Classical, Hellenistic, Roman and Byzantine period are exhibited. The castle also houses the largest underwater archeological museum in Turkey. It is one of the few of its kind in the world. The reconstruction of a ship-wreck the museum itself is worth a visit. After Castle tour then see what is left of one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Mausoleum.
The Mausoleum, King Mausolus’ tomb, is at the origin of the funerary monuments of great dimensions and sumptuous architecture. Today you can see the cleared platform and some of the finds from the magnificent Mausoleum. The stones were used for the construction of the castle and some parts of the tomb are exhibited at the British Museum in London, England. After the Mausoleum tour depart for The Amphitheatre. Visit the ancient theater The Theatre is located on the hillside overlooking Bodrum. Built in the time of Mausolus, it is one of the very few surviving pre-Hellenistic theaters in Asia Minor and thus one of the oldest. Overnight in Bodrum

Day 15

The day is yours. You dont have to wake up early, enjoy the sunshine and take in the views and natural magnificent beach & crystal clear sea and explore the city, shop in the local markets, relax on the beach or enjoy one of the many day trips you have to choose from. These include Aqua Park, scuba diving, fishing tour and many more. Overnight in Bodrum.

Day 16
