After breakfast, set off for one of nature’s greatest winter spectacles, Plitvice Lakes. Experience the park transformed into a serene wonderland, with frozen waterfalls, quiet snow-covered trails, and breathtaking viewpoints at every turn.

The emerald lakes, framed by a glistening winter forest, create picture-perfect scenes throughout the walk. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as the national park reveals its unique winter charm.

An optional lunch in a cosy traditional restaurant rounds off the experience.

Return to Zagreb in the afternoon and enjoy a relaxed evening exploring the festive Christmas market areas.

After breakfast, spend the last day of the year exploring the romantic region of Hrvatsko Zagorje.

Begin with a guided visit to Varaždin, a Baroque gem filled with palaces, elegant streets, and winter decorations. Wander the charming Old Town, discover local cafés, and experience the peaceful holiday spirit.

Continue to Trakošćan Castle, perched above a tranquil lake. Explore the beautifully preserved rooms, medieval collections, and scenic surroundings.

Return to Zagreb in the afternoon, with time to rest and prepare for the New Year celebration.

Evening: Celebrate New Year’s Eve in Zagreb

Join the festive crowds at Ban Jelačić Square, enjoy live music, street performances, and fireworks. Toast to the New Year surrounded by joyful holiday energy

Ljubljana & Lake Bled /Day Trip Outside Zagreb

After breakfast, you will join us on a full-day excursion and enjoy a beautiful journey to Slovenia.

Our first stop is  Lake Bled, a fairytale alpine setting surrounded by snow-dusted mountains. Visit Bled Castle for unforgettable panoramas, stroll the lakeside, or optionally take a pletna boat to the island (weather permitting).

We will continue our journey to  Ljubljana, the Old Town glows with artistic light installations, cozy wooden chalets, and the scent of hot chocolate and mulled wine. A guided walking tour reveals the Triple Bridge, Dragon Bridge, Preseren Square, and atmospheric Christmas areas.

After the tour, enjoy free time to explore the festive market.

In the evening, we will return to Zagreb.
