Please make sure that you have provided us with the correct hotel check-in name so our staff may contact you via the hotel’s The pick-up time at your hotel is estimated so that our van may arrive at your hotel 5 - 10 minutes prior or after the designated pick-up. Our staff may have to leave the hotel if they are unable to locate you because they must pick up other customers.
