Our round-trip transportation covers hotels in San Jose del Cabo, the corridor, and the Cabo San Lucas tourist area. Pick up is approximately one hour before the start of your tour. Upon booking, you can specify your exact hotel. Please contact us to confirm your specific time of pick up one day before your scheduled tour.

We do not offer transportation from hotels outside of the tourist area, such as Hard Rock, Nobu, or Four Seasons (these are approx. 50 min. away from the tourist area); for those hotels, we will pick you up at our standard meeting point:

• Do I have to be in good physical condition to go on this hiking tour? Our Fox Canyon hiking tour is considered medium difficulty level, therefore participants should be in good physical condition and at least moderately fit to go on this hike.
• When the weather conditions are not favorable is a refund made? Your safety is our priority, when the conditions are not favorable, due to rain or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund.
• Does the weather affect the tours? As we know the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day, we will have to change location, reschedule, and/or cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us).
• What's your cancellation policy? For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No-show or last-minute cancellations will be charged in full.
