• What kind of boat do we use? We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach.
• What time do you recommend, 9 a.m. or 2 p.m.? We recommend the 9 a.m. schedule as in the mornings there is less wind and fewer waves, so the conditions are usually more favorable.
• When the weather conditions are not favorable is a refund made? Your safety is our priority. When the conditions are not favorable, due to wind, high waves, or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund.
• What's your cancellation policy? For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged in full.
