Rafting on the Vjosa River is one of Albania’s most authentic outdoor experiences. Flowing freely for over 270 km, the Vjosa is widely recognized as Europe’s last wild river, shaped by untouched canyons, calm turquoise stretches, river islands, and dramatic mountain landscapes.

Meet at the rafting base in Përmet, just 10 minutes from the town center,
with free parking available. Tours depart at 9:30
a.m. and 2:30
p.m.
After a warm welcome, guides provide
professional rafting equipment and prepare you for the experience. A short
minibus transfer takes you to the starting point, followed by a clear safety
briefing and river introduction.
The rafting section lasts approximately 2 hours, with
refreshing swim stops and optional rock jumps along the way. After the river,
transport returns you to the base, where you can change into dry clothes,
shower, and relax.
