Your adventure begins with pickup from your hotel in Cusco’s city center at around 7:00 a.m. From there, we will travel by tourist transport for approximately 50 minutes to the community of Cruz Pata, the starting point of the ATV experience.
Before starting the route, your guide will provide a safety briefing and you will have a short practice session to get comfortable with the ATV. Once ready, we will begin the ride through beautiful Andean landscapes, surrounded by mountains, fields, local communities, and panoramic views of the Sacred Valley.
Our first visit will be Moray, one of the most fascinating archaeological sites in the region. Here, you will enjoy a guided explanation of its circular terraces, which were used by the Incas as an agricultural experimentation center.
Afterward, we will continue toward Maras, a traditional Andean town known for its impressive salt mines. At the Maras Salt Mines, you will see thousands of salt ponds that are still used by local families today, creating one of the most unique landscapes in the Sacred Valley.
At the end of the visit, we will return to Cruz Pata and then travel back to Cusco by tourist transport. The tour ends near the city center at approximately 12:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m.
