ITINERARY
Our tour will start with some kind of fresh fruit juices and the must Vietnamese
iced coffer while we getting the great view of city skyline. We take the different
way by getting out of the bustling city centre and head to the alleys, local vendor
to enjoy the original local food. Its time to full yourself with 7 kinds of cuisines
including Goi Cuon (fresh summer Vietnamese spring rolls), Banh Xeo
(Vietnamese pancakes with bean sprouts, shrimp and fresh herbs and salad),
Banh Khot (individual rice flour cakes with a variety of toppings) Banh Mi (the now
world famous Vietnamese baguette with its delicious range of fillings) and Oc
(freshly grilled shellfish and clams with delicious dipping sauces). Then we take
you back to your hotel, end of our tour.
