Everest. Starting and ending in Kathmandu, the journey encompasses a
thrilling flight to Lukla, the bustling Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar, and
spectacular views from the Everest View Hotel 3800 m. Along the way, trekkers will
encounter picturesque villages, ancient monasteries, and the warm hospitality
of the Sherpa people. This trek is ideal for adventurers seeking a quick yet
fulfilling glimpse of the Everest region's splendor.

An early morning transfer will take you to the airport for a scenic flight to Lukla, perched at an altitude of 2,860 meters. The 30-minute flight offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Upon landing, you will meet your trekking crew and start the trek towards Phakding, situated at 2,610 meters. The trail descends through the Dudh Koshi River valley, passing by traditional Sherpa villages, lush forests, and prayer wheels. After approximately 3-4 hours of trekking, you will reach Phakding. Overnight accommodation will be in a cozy lodge.
After breakfast, the trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar begins. The route involves crossing several suspension bridges, including the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge, and walking through pine forests with glimpses of distant snow-capped peaks. As you ascend, you will pass through the villages of Monjo and Jorsale before entering Sagarmatha National Park. The trail then steeply climbs towards Namche Bazaar, a bustling market town at 3,440 meters, known as the gateway to Everest. The trek takes about 5-6 hours, and upon arrival, you will check into a guesthouse for the night.
Today is an acclimatization day to help your body adjust to the altitude. In the morning, you will hike to the Everest View Hotel, which offers panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and other majestic peaks. This short hike is approximately 2-3 hours and provides excellent photo opportunities. After enjoying the views, you will return to Namche Bazaar. The afternoon is free for you to explore Namche, visit the Sherpa Museum, or simply relax. Overnight stay will be at the same guesthouse.
On
the final day of trekking, you will retrace your steps back to Lukla. The
descent is easier and takes about 6-7 hours, covering a distance of approximately
19 kilometers. You will pass through the same beautiful landscapes and
villages, bidding farewell to the serene mountains. You can enjoy farewell with your trekking crew, this day is the final day of your trek at Lukla. Say bye to your porter sherpa.
Your guide will assist you in dropping you off at the airport for the Kathmandu flight. The flight takes 45 minutes. Once you reach Kathmandu airport, one of the officials from Local travel company ( Discover Altitude) will pick you up and drop you off at your respective hotel.

Your travel insurance is not included. The highest elevation you will reach is 3800m but you are going to sleep at the lower elevation of 3440m so travel insurance is not mandatory for this trek. If you going to buy insurance please make sure it covers more than 3500m altitude.
