Day 01 – Arrival & Kegalle
Upon your arrival at Colombo International Airport, you'll be warmly welcomed by our representative in the arrival lounge. Begin your journey with a scenic transfer to Kegalle. En route, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can witness the heartwarming sight of baby elephants being bottle-fed and bathing in the river—a truly unforgettable experience. Day 02 – Sigiriya
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before continuing your journey towards the cultural heartland of Sri Lanka. Your first stop is the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you’ll witness the touching scene of baby elephants being bathed and bottle-fed – a true highlight for animal lovers. Continue to Dambulla, home to the Golden Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the afternoon, travel to the legendary Sigiriya Rock Fortress, an awe-inspiring UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover the fascinating history of King Kashyapa, who built this sky palace atop a 200-meter rock to defend against his brother Mogallana. Marvel at the ancient frescoes, water gardens, and ingenious architecture that continue to captivate historians and explorers alike.

Day 03 - Kandy
After breakfast, depart for Kandy, a scenic city nestled amidst lush mountains, famous for its tea plantations, rainforests, and incredible biodiversity. The journey will take you through the scenic Matale, where you will visit one of the spice gardens, immersing yourself in the vibrant world of Sri Lanka's spice culture.
Upon arriving in Kandy, your first stop will be the Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), a revered Buddhist site that houses the sacred tooth of Lord Buddha. This UNESCO World Heritage site is one of the most significant pilgrimage destinations in Sri Lanka, and a symbol of the country’s deep Buddhist heritage.
As you explore Kandy, you’ll also have the chance to stroll around Kandy Lake, a picturesque body of water at the heart of the city, surrounded by breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Day 04 - Nuwara Eliya
After a delightful breakfast, you’ll head to Kandy Railway Station to board a scenic train ride through the stunning tea plantations of Sri Lanka. The train journey takes you through mist-covered mountain tops, providing panoramic views of the lush greenery and beautiful tea estates. This picturesque route offers an unforgettable experience of Sri Lanka’s natural beauty. Upon arrival at Nanuoya Station, your guide will meet you and transfer you to Nuwara Eliya, also known as “Little England” due to its colonial past.
In Nuwara Eliya, embark on a city tour that will include a visit to the Gregory Lake, where you can enjoy boating or simply stroll along the scenic shores. Explore the Hakgala Botanical Garden, home to a vast variety of flora, including roses and tree ferns, as well as fascinating wildlife such as monkeys and blue magpies.
Next, head to a tea plantation, where you’ll have a chance to learn about the tea production process and sample some of the finest Ceylon tea produced in the region.

After breakfast, proceed to Yala, Sri Lanka's most popular wildlife destination, renowned for its diverse ecosystems and rich biodiversity. Yala National Park, covering a vast area of forest, grassland, and lagoons, is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including the elusive Sri Lankan leopard, elephants, crocodiles, and numerous bird species.
The park is famous for its high leopard density, making it one of the best places in the world to spot these majestic predators. Alongside leopards, you’ll have the opportunity to see herds of elephants, monkeys, painted storks, and vibrant peacocks. The park’s lagoon areas are often visited by migratory birds, including flamingos, pelicans, and various heron species.
You’ll experience the park’s wildlife firsthand during a thrilling 4x4 jeep safari (safari jeep & tickets are not included). fascinating destination known for its rich colonial history. Galle is home to
the Dutch Fort and Galle Cricket Stadium, both iconic landmarks worth exploring.
Upon arrival, your guide will take you on a city tour of Galle, beginning with
the Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built by the Portuguese in 1588
and later fortified by the Dutch in the 17th century, the fort is a masterpiece
of colonial architecture. It beautifully showcases the fusion of European and
South Asian architectural styles. Visit the Galle Lighthouse and other
archaeological attractions in the area. The fort's carefully preserved
features, coupled with the tranquil atmosphere, make it a truly unique
experience. After exploring, return to your hotel for some relaxation. Enjoy

After breakfast, your day begins with a visit to a Spice Garden, where you can learn about Sri Lanka’s rich heritage of spice cultivation and its significance in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Next, visit a Mask Factory, a key part of Sri Lanka’s cultural heritage. Ambalangoda is renowned for its tradition of mask-making, and you’ll get a chance to see how these intricately carved wooden masks are crafted, representing both mythical and cultural symbols.
Continue your journey to Meetiyagoda, located 10 km north of Hikkaduwa. Meetiyagoda is famous for its Moonstone Mines, where you can see the mining process of this precious gemstone, which has been used in jewelry since ancient Roman and Greek times. The moonstone is often associated with lunar deities and believed to have mystical properties.
Afterward, proceed to Madu Ganga for a scenic river safari. Madu Ganga, Sri Lanka’s second-largest wetland, spans over 900 hectares and is home to 64 islands. This biodiverse region is rich in mangrove forests, providing a unique glimpse into the natural habitat of various wildlife species.
Your afternoon also includes a visit to Galle, where you’ll explore the Dutch Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and take in views from the Galle Lighthouse. Once in Colombo, you'll be transferred to Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), in time for your flight, according to your booking schedule.
