Join us on a full-day journey to one of Albania’s most beautiful and historic cities.
We depart from Tirana at 07:00 and Durrës at 07:30, with a short coffee stop along the way.
Upon arrival in Gjirokastër, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we begin a guided walking tour of the Old Town.
Discover the city’s unique Ottoman-era architecture, stroll through charming cobblestone streets, admire the traditional stone houses, and explore local artisan shops.
Our tour continues with a visit to the impressive Gjirokastër Castle, offering spectacular panoramic views over the Drino Valley.
Enjoy free time at the Old Bazaar for shopping and photos.
A traditional Albanian lunch is included, Taverna Kuka is always a great idea. Fresh from table to your hands.
After lunch, we travel towards Tepelenë to visit the famous Cold Water Spring (Uji i Ftohtë), where we enjoy a relaxing 30-minute stop.
In the late afternoon, we begin our return journey, arriving back in Tirana in the evening.
