Yaprak sarma (dolma/stuffed vine leaves), beyaz peynir (white cheese), Ermeni pilaki (Armenian pilaki: beans in olive oil), lentil köfte, humus, şakşuka (aubergine, green peppers, courgettes, tomato sauce), haydari (yoghurt with garlic and mint) and mucver (fried zucchini, potatoes, parsley and mint)

Mitit Köfte (stir fried lamb köfte with herbs and garlic) and Paçanga Böreği (pastry with cheese and tomato filling)
