After departure from Split or Trogir, enjoy a scenic drive along the Adriatic coastline, passing islands, vineyards, and coastal villages on your way to the Pelješac Peninsula.
Your first stop is Ston, home to one of Europe’s most impressive fortification systems, the Walls of Ston. Discover the fascinating history behind these monumental walls and their strategic importance in protecting the salt trade of the former Dubrovnik Republic.
Continue with a visit to the historic Ston Salt Pans, where a tradition spanning over 4,000 years still lives on. Learn how salt, once known as “white gold”—played a crucial role in the wealth and power of the region.
The experience continues in nearby Mali Ston, a peaceful fishing village renowned for its oysters and maritime heritage.
Optional Experience (upon request):
Enjoy a tasting of freshly harvested oysters served at their source, paired with local wine in a charming waterfront setting. (Advance reservation required.)
Following this, enjoy free time for lunch, either as part of the oyster experience or independently in one of the local restaurants.
In the afternoon, continue to the magnificent Dubrovnik, where a guided walking tour reveals the highlights of its UNESCO-listed Old Town. Walk through centuries of history as you explore its stone streets, squares, and landmarks.
After some free time to explore, relax, or enjoy a coffee, return to Split/Trogir in the evening.
