Bookings

Tours and transfers advertised on this site are booked and paid for through our reservation partner, Bokun. Availability, pricing, and confirmation shown at checkout are the final terms of your booking. Prices shown elsewhere on this site are indicative starting prices and may not reflect date-, group-, or season-specific pricing.

Payment

Payment is collected securely at checkout through Bokun's payment processors, including PayPal. We do not collect or store your payment details directly on this site.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation windows and any applicable fees are specific to each tour or transfer and are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. To cancel or change an existing booking, contact us directly at book@curacaofascinatingtours.com or +5999 662 4335 as early as possible.

Pickup & punctuality

For tours and transfers that include pickup, please be ready at the agreed time and location. Late arrival may result in a missed pickup; we'll do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee it once a tour or transfer has departed.

Conduct & safety

Guests are expected to follow guide and driver instructions for their own safety and that of the group. We reserve the right to refuse or end participation for guests who endanger themselves or others.

Liability

While we take reasonable care in planning and running our tours and transfers, participation is at your own risk. Curaçao Fascinating Tours is not liable for delays, losses, or injuries caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, or third-party acts.
